Collection times are agreed separately.
Share the vehicle details
Have the year, make and model ready. Explain whether the car starts, rolls and steers, whether keys are available and whether major components are missing.
Include the vehicle and its wider setting. Show the entrance and approach as well as damage or missing components. Photograph only where it is safe to do so.
Tell the collection team if the condition, location or access changes after your inquiry.
Arrange access to the item
Give the collection address and explain where the vehicle or equipment is located on the property.
Mention gates, clearance limits, narrow approaches, slopes, soft ground or obstructions if present. Ask the property contact about restrictions you do not know.
Confirm permission to enter and who can provide access. Mention if a manager or another person must attend. Agree the collection appointment before coordinating attendance.
Check belongings and condition
Where safe, check seats, the glove compartment and other accessible storage for belongings and personal documents. Do not reach into damaged or unstable areas.
Describe known leaks, damage or stability concerns when discussing the collection. Ask what preparation is appropriate for the actual item.
Do not lift, drain, dismantle or reposition an unstable vehicle merely to prepare for pickup. Explain its present condition and discuss the required arrangements.
Confirm the collection arrangement
Discuss the vehicle or equipment, collection location, access, offer or charges if applicable and what the arrangement includes. Keep the agreed details.
Explain who owns the item and whether records are available. Raise missing documents or other unresolved questions before booking and confirm the steps for your situation.
Confirm the collection time and who can be contacted about access. Daily 7 am to 10 pm Pacific contact hours are separate from collection availability.
Preparing heavy equipment?
Provide the equipment type, dimensions and estimated weight if known. Explain whether it moves and describe the site. Discuss each machine separately and confirm the scope before assuming it is included in a vehicle collection.
Discuss heavy equipment removal
Still have a question?
Call 236 799 0101 to discuss the preparation for your item. This checklist helps organise an inquiry; ticking every item does not confirm a booking or establish that a collection can proceed.
